I “specialed” a premature infant who needed his own 1/1 nurses around the clock but his parents (a young intern and his wife) had no health insurance. I’ve traded oil changes for resume writing, child care for laundry services, and cleaned homes for elderly people who could no longer do it themselves. Wouldn’t have missed these things for anything.
